We envision en.salon as the final destination for all our clients and a fresh new start for your career. Our team grows with you. We are looking for a person to help build our high-end salon as a part of our team! Our ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, maintain a fashionable appearance, be a self-motivated individual, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The role requires handling staff, clients, and prospective clientele with a positive attitude.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of salon policies and procedures
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Manage appointments and schedules
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Support salon team and owner in various administrative tasks
  • Manage client records and ensure accuracy of data
  • Manage inventory and assist in retail product management, including inventory tracking and sales
  • Handle client payments and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Foster a positive and professional environment in line with our core values
  • Oversee and manage salon maintenance and cleanliness
  • Take initiative, be a self-starter, and always seek to improve
  • Demonstrate a dynamic personality and the ability to lead and motivate a team
