Hair Stylist Assistant

Lola Hair Studio is focused on bringing our guests the best of the best. Providing luxury services and products, your appointment will be customized to suit you perfectly. Your appointment will begin with an in-depth consultation about your cut, color or texture service and completed with everything you need to achieve your look at home. The Work You’ll Do
‍
You will be involved in all aspects of salon life, this position is more of a hands-on and interactive position. It is more like a concierge than a front desk. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Working with the salon team to achieve our goals and grow Lola to be even better!!
• Booking appointments, and cashing out guests.
• Shampooing guests and other salon services
• Assisting stylists with their clients
• Offering guests refreshments, giving them a world-class experience
• Administrative duties that include assisting with inventory management, maintaining and updating salon spreadsheets, elevating salon goals
• Work closely with an amazing group of people and the guests that come to Lola
• Help us to achieve our industry goals and benchmarks and to grow the salon
• Assisting with salon cleaning including sweeping, dishes & laundry‍‍

Experience

• 1+ years Prior customer service and hospitality experience, as well as the ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
• 1+ years of Salon/Spa Administration Skills
• Dedication to great customer service, and the ability to lead and develop a customer relationship.
• Have a positive upbeat attitude, be motivated, fashionable, and be able to multi-task. We are dedicated to giving the very best salon experience to every client who walks through our doors and it starts and ends with the front desk.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time. (Standing front desk)
