Job Description

Lola Hair Studio is on the lookout for a dynamic and meticulous Guest Care Concierge to join our team. We seek a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, a passion for people, and an eye for detail. As a Guest Care Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support, contributing to the seamless operation of our salon.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly and courteously.
  • Lead and guide the Guest Care team to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Manage appointment bookings and address client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
  • Support the Guest Care team and Operations Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Assist with Inventory management
  • Process client payments and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  • Strive to achieve KPIs, including productivity, prebooking, client retention, and service and retail sales.
  • Foster a positive and professional environment aligned with our core values.
  • Oversee and manage salon maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Take initiative, be self-motivated, and always seek improvement.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in salon management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work 20+ hours per week, including evenings and at least 2 Saturdays per month.
  • Previous experience in a salon, spa, or beauty industry is a plus.
