This role requires someone who is relationship-centric and always puts patients and people first. Illume needs a RN to join the team that will make the patients feel nurtured and cared for while also bringing an artistic eye to his/her practice.

The Aesthetics RN role is to provide excellent world-class service in treating new and existing patients, following treatment plans and providing recommendations for retail products that will assist in providing the patient/s desired aesthetics results, and finally executing said treatment plans.

You are perfect for this role if you are passionate about providing wellness care; not sick care. You are a nurturer, and some might even describe you as “motherly.” You might find yourself caring too much (if that’s even possible) about your patients because you create deep connections. Responsibilities:

-Treat new and existing patients

-Follow NP prescribed comprehensive long term treatment plans

-Performs services and treatments

Including, but not limited to: Botox, fillers, laser procedures, nutrition, intimate wellness, IV infusions

-Sell retail products so patients can self administer and extend care at home

-Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.

-Provide a world-class experience for all patients and guests of Illume Aesthetics.

-Complete in-house certification

Requirements:

This position is for a person who described as such:

-Active RN license in the state of Oregon exists and must be in good standing.

-Experience selling to customers

-Punctual...because we provide on time appointments for our customers.

-Experience providing excellent customer service.

-Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications.

-Warm and welcoming bedside manner resulting in deep connections with patients.

-Ability to complete detailed paperwork.

-Exceptional teamwork skills.

-Timeliness in regard to both working hours and treatment schedules.

-Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

-Desire to have a life outside of work.

This position is NOT for someone who:

-Doesn’t value positive team culture

-Loves to clean up poop

Results:

-Administers treatments in accordance with Illume policies and procedures.

-Maintain minimum RPH (revenue. per. hour.)

-Establish and maintain rapport with patients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of patients.

-Evaluate patient’s suitability for all available services/treatments.

-Pursue opportunities to educate patients on additional services.

-Educate patients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.

-Perform maintenance checks on lasers to ensure systems are operating appropriately.

-Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each patient.

-Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate patient treatment records/data in the patient’s medical chart.

-Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training.

-Collaborate with sales and ops teams to achieve company goals.

-Travel between clinics, as necessary.

-All other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
