We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of aesthetic services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Provide body waxing services and nail care as needed.
• Offer deep tissue massages to enhance client relaxation and satisfaction.
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Maintain accurate client records using MINDBODY software for scheduling and sales tracking.
• Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing appointments.
• Educate clients on skincare products and aftercare routines to promote healthy skin.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas to ensure client safety.

Requirements

• Valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in skincare techniques, including but not limited to dermabrasion, body waxing, and deep tissue massage.
• Experience with MINDBODY software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong sales skills to effectively promote products and services to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Previous experience in barbering or related fields is a plus.
