The Apprentice Program
The Salon Apprentice Program serves as the vital link between cosmetology school and your career as a stylist, empowering budding talent with invaluable guidance and mentorship. Led by Director of Services Alisson McHale and Director of Education Andrea Rumph, our apprentices dive into a rigorous and vibrant curriculum blending classic teachings with hands-on experiences, tailored to ignite their unique potential. Our program extends far and wide, from attending inspiring seminars from brand partners, to learning from industry experts, and our own seasoned stylists. Let’s sculpt beauty together and unleash your full potential in the exciting world of hair artistry.
Qualifications
- Must be cosmetology students or newly licensed stylists
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Love a high-paced environment and be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Is dependable, accountable, and punctual
- Enjoys being part of a motivated and non-competitive team
Program Details
Our Salon Assistant Program is designed to further prepare you for a successful career in the salon industry. We enable you to hone your skills through advanced training, guidance, education, and mentorship by stylists who share your passion for hair and inspire you to advance your talents.
