Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Professional to join our team through a room rental arrangement. This position is ideal for licensed beauty experts who wish to operate independently while benefiting from a supportive environment. The Beauty Professional will provide exceptional services, including makeup application, hair extensions, and esthetic treatments, while managing their own clientele and schedule.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality beauty services such as makeup application, hair threading, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointments and client schedules using MINDBODY or similar scheduling software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Educate clients on color theory and product usage to enhance their beauty routines.
- Promote services through social media and other marketing channels to attract new clients.

Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in MINDBODY or similar scheduling software for managing appointments.
- Experience with dermal fillers, hair threading, makeup application, hair extensions, and esthetic laser treatments is preferred.
- Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate products and services.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while providing high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid beauty license in accordance with state regulations is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.79 - $25.04 per hour
