Job Overview

We are seeking an organized but fun person to join our team at MOKO. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beauty studio by providing administrative support to our artists and clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with Social Media Management experience, and/or Content Creation skills (Canva, Adobe experience, etc. is fine) are preferred. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day admin operations, including greeting clients and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for artists.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide outstanding customer support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Support office management functions, including inventory management of supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with beauty professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize computer systems for appointment scheduling, billing, and record keeping effectively.

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with scheduling software and relevant applications.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Experience in office management or clerical duties is an advantage.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and client records.
