We are seeking passionate and skilled Chair/Booth or Room Renters to join our vibrant salon environment. This position offers experienced professionals the opportunity to operate independently while providing exceptional services to clients. As a Chair/Booth or Room Renter, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, build your clientele, and showcase your unique talents in hair styling, barbering, and other beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality beauty services including but not limited to cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Offer additional services such as hair extensions, skin care, massages and lash extensions, botox and injectible services for nurses, and more.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace that adheres to salon standards.
• Option to utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to color theory and retail math.

Requirements

• Proven experience in barbering, hair styling or specific industry with a valid applicable license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• A proactive approach to upselling services and retail products.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining a professional environment.
