Job Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of salon policies and procedures. Assist with event planning and coordination. Greet and assist clients and visitors. Manage appointments and schedules. Handle phone calls and inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Provide exceptional customer service. Support salon team and owner in various administrative tasks. Manage client records and ensure accuracy of data. Manage inventory and assist in retail product management, including inventory tracking and sales. Handle client payments and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Foster a positive and professional environment in line with our core values. Oversee and manage salon maintenance and cleanliness. Take initiative, be a selfstarter, and always seek to improve. Demonstrate a dynamic personality and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Show a desire to grow with the company‍.

Job Requirements

  • with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in English and potentially other languages.Knowledge of the beauty industry and familiarity with salon operations is an asset.Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
