Requirements

• At least 3+ years prior experience in the medical spa industry
• Sales experience required
• Knowledge of various med spa procedures including laser treatments, body contouring, and professional skin care
• Capable of multitasking with strong time management skills
• Dependable and eager to learn and grow within the Aesthetics Industry
• Friendly and polished with excellent people skills

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and qualify clients for various med spa services
• Review clients' medical history and current medications to provide accurate documentation and charting
• Ensure clients are informed of all pre and post-treatment instructions
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all clients
• Perform treatments including Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring, Coolsculpting, Jet Peel, Microdermabrasion & Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Emsculpt NEO, and additional innovative procedures
• Ensure treatments and protocols comply with Massachusetts state regulations
• Stay informed about new treatments and products within the industry
• Meet or exceed company sales goals
• Consistently offer friendly, prompt, and courteous service
• Provide excellent service and build long-term client relationships
