Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and routines.
• Manage client appointments, ensuring timely service and follow-up care.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and provide personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new product offerings to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment that prioritizes hospitality.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Experience in a med spa or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in product demos and retail sales with an ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of various skincare treatments and techniques, including familiarity with Millennium software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to perform hair styling or barbering services is advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency in using straight razors for specific treatments may be beneficial.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help clients achieve their skincare goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
