Duties

• Provides expert lash extension services, including classic and volume techniques along with brow shaping, wax and tint.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client preferences and customize treatments accordingly.
• Provide facials, waxing, peels, lash and brow tinting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive, memorable client experience.

Experience

• Proficiency in classic and volume lash extension techniques.
• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Proficiency in facials, waxing, peels, lash and brow tinting.
• Certification in eyelash extension application (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience performing professional lash extension services.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and dedicated to continuous education.
• Promote additional services and retail products to enhance the overall client journey.
