Job Overview:

Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and delivering a consistent exceptional customer service experience. The Front Desk Receptionist schedules treatments and maintains a smooth flow of spa operations while on shift.

Objectives:

  • Prepare and maintain the space for an exceptional patient experience
  • Illustrate the benefits and advantages of Dream Spa Medical services to patients to develop customer loyalty.
  • Proactively engage patients in using Dream Spa Medical tools, literature and technology to enhance their Dream Spa Medical empowerment journey.
  • Take initiative to present and sell products and services in a professional and proficient manner through product knowledge of multiple brands.
  • Assist patients with financial information to help them utilize their funds, membership balance and rewards in order to achieve their cosmetic goals
  • Respond to communications promptly via email, text and phone.
  • Perform front office inventory to ensure all materials are in stock for a successful workday for both staff and patients
  • Patient outreach, recall and follow up

Required Competencies:

  • Ability to achieve goals while displaying prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to use a calculator.
  • Ability to interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour

Bonus Potential: $1,500/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
