James Joseph Salon is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for its location in Boston on Newbury Street.Our ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, fashionable appearance, be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and be able to handle staff, clients and prospective clientele with a positive attitude. Any candidate should also have the ability to multi-task effectively and be computer literate.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, service with a smile, tact and diplomacy
- Must be punctual, dependable, proactive and have the ability to work well with salon owner, staff and clients
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner
- Must be comfortable speaking with clients and prospective clients on the telephone and in-person
- Ability to deal with challenges with ease and train other front desk coordinators to do the same
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team player and independently
- Ability to educate and sell services and retail products to clients
