Job Opening: Front Desk Lead at Nicolo Salon
Location: 79 Franklin Street Melrose MA
Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Hours: Evening shifts (3:00-9:00pm) daytime shifts (8:00 am-3:00 pm) , and occasional Saturday daytime hours (8:30-3:00pm)
Specific Hours needed are
Wednesdays 2:30-9pm
Thursdays 8:00am-3pm
Fridays 3pm-9pm
Saturdays 8:30am - 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the booking system.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about services and products.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payment processing and inventory management.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address any client concerns or issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a salon or spa setting preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work evenings and occasional Saturdays.
