Job Summary

Meraki Spa is looking for highly motivated full-time and part-time receptionists to join our team in Lynnfield! Meraki Spa is currently growing with Lynnfield being our NEW second location and we are opening in a high demographic location. We offer paid training and a competitive compensation package. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9:30 – 7; Saturday 9:00 – 6:00; Sunday 10:00 – 5. Schedules are flexible, WEEKEND availability REQUIRED, and some holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival
  • Check clients in and out for their scheduled service
  • Answer high volume telephone calls
  • Schedule new appointments and maintain client profiles
  • Explain services, pricing and retail products
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front area
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, and passionate about the beauty industry
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Must have retail sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Team-oriented mentality
  • Working knowledge or ability to learn point of sale booking system
