Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff members
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all information is up to date..
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in calendar management is a plus.
