Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various clerical tasks. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong office skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar efficiently.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Utilize computerized office systems to manage patient information and salon duties.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth salon operations.
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a salon receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems, including phone systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff effectively.
