Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they arrive
• Assist Stylists with their clients: washing/toning
• Assist with cleaning, sweeping, and laundry, ensuring the salon looks clean and professional
• Provide superior guest experiences
• Perform any additional tasks needed for the salon to run efficiently

Requirements

• Possess a valid state cosmetology license
• Desire to improve your skill set and be career-driven
• Articulate, fast-paced, and focused on running a highly efficient salon operation
• Team player and willing to jump in and help out in whatever role is needed
• Enjoys building relationships with colleagues and clients
• Polished, professional, reliable, able to multi-task, and have good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience

Salon experience is not required but is a plus!
