• Perform specialized services such as hair extensions and hair threading.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
• Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing knowledge and techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques.

Skills

• Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, straight razor skills, and chemical treatments.
• Experience with hair extensions and threading is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of salon management practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies to promote products effectively.
• Proficient in using salon software for efficient operations.
