Duties

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various techniques such as highlighting & balayage.
• Maintain knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
• Strong skills in hair styling, color application, blowdrying, & blinding technique. But will train to specialize in it.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with salon software is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• A valid cosmetology license is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• A passion for beauty trends and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
