Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and styling hair.
- Mentor and train junior stylists to enhance their skills and knowledge in hair styling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
- Use salon software to schedule appointments, manage client information, and process payments.

Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license required.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists in developing their skills.
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
