We also offer continue education for color and haircuts to keep up with the latest trends. Offering a sign on bonus for any stylist that is hired who brings with them a full clientele after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
• Perform a variety of hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety.
• Utilize strong communication skills to consult with clients and recommend suitable styles.
• Stay updated on current trends and techniques in the hair styling industry.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless salon experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a salon setting
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon environment
• Certification in cosmetology or barbering
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Familiarity with salon software for appointments and inventory management
• Ability to work with hair extensions and color theory
• Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products
• Mentoring skills to train and guide junior stylists

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $25.20 - $29.63 per hour
