We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, enhancing their appearance and confidence. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling, cutting, and coloring services while ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of hair care services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring attention to detail and hygiene.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance hair health and styling.
• Utilize barbering techniques when necessary for male clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, hair extensions, hair threading, and styling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Use straight razor techniques safely and effectively when required.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, coloring, nail care, and barbering techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning about new trends and techniques.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
