Responsibilities:

- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, and hair coloring

- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes.

- Recommend and perform appropriate treatments based on clients' needs.

- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon.

- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

- Manage appointments and maintain accurate records of client information.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cosmetologist with some clientele.

- Proficiency in a variety of beauty services, including hair styling, and hair coloring.

- Experience with straight razor techniques, hair threading, and mentoring other cosmetologists is a plus.

- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving customer satisfaction.

- Knowledge of store management and retail sales is desirable.
