JC Studio for Hair & Makeup is a brand-new hair salon located right off the highway (Route 24 Exit 33A) at the Westgate Mall Plaza. Owner and stylist Juceila Cardoso has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. The passion, variety and experience of her team makes JC Studio the perfect place for your employment. Our opening hours are flexible upon request, and we also offer services for special events like weddings, baby showers, etc.

We are looking for hairstylists, with a valid cosmetology license, who are able to work Wednesday- Saturday 10AM-6PM and Sunday 10AM-2PM (Sunday is optional).

Responsibilities:
- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Apply makeup for special occasions or events ( preferable)
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Engage in retail sales of hair care products and other beauty items
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Upsell additional services or products to clients

Experience:
- Must have a valid cosmetology license
- Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and trends
- Experience with makeup application for different skin types and tones ( preferable)
- Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
