Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional haircuts, color treatments, blowouts, and styling services to clients of all hair types and textures.

• Offer personalized consultations to clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in your work area.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of professionals, assisting each other with client needs and sharing knowledge.
• Help promote salon services, products, and special offers to grow the business.
• Attend ongoing training and education opportunities to continue professional development.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a high-volume, fast-paced salon.
• Expertise in haircuts, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of the latest beauty trends and techniques, with a desire to continuously learn.
