Duties

• Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques, products, and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist clients with retail sales by recommending products that enhance their hair care routine.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
• Engage with clients to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and handle inquiries effectively
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in hair styling; familiarity with hair extentions is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience using salontarget software is preferred but not mandatory.
