Looking to rent a booth at a salon? We have a newly available space for booth renters!

We are currently looking for a Stylist!! Being a booth renter at M.C.'s Salon has many perks - flexible scheduling, we have daily, weekly, or monthly booth rental options, your own space to work and store your items, and shampoo and conditioner provided. Plus, once you pay your monthly rent, all the money you earn is yours! You'll be responsible for your own supplies & tools, but that's just a small price to pay for all the freedom and flexibility you'll have as a booth renter with us. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treating hair.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques, including hair extensions and makeup application.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist with retail sales to enhance the salon's profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of sanitation practices
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Experience with hair extensions, color theory, and straight razor techniques
• Familiarity with social media posting and advertising
