Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for stylists who already have a clientele who are able to bring clients into the salon while also having the opportunity to build more clients while in the salon.

Duties

• Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring services.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Engage in upselling products and services that enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques, including hair extensions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license is required.
• Has clientele.
• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Familiarity with store management practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is essential.
