You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while also contributing to a positive salon atmosphere.

Duties

• Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform specialized techniques such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and retail sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and color theory to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when required.

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, color theory, and current trends.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred to enhance client interactions and product recommendations.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and store management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
