The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling, coloring and coloring techniques. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring and highlighting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
• Use salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and excellent customer experiences.

Skills

• Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting and coloring.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its practical application in hair services.
• Experience with salon management software such as MINDBODY is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
• Good time management skills.
