Overview
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Hair Stylist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling, along with your ability to communicate effectively with clients, will ensure that each customer leaves feeling satisfied and confident.

Duties
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management as needed.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided and assist clients in making informed choices.
- Assist at the front desk when needed, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
- Stay updated on current trends in hairstyling techniques and products to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications
- Valid MA cosmetology license is required.
- Proficiency in using cutting and other hairstyling tools is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and promote a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Previous hairstyling experience is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A passion for beauty and on-going learning with new techniques and hair styling trends.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
