Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Perform hair styling, cutting, and coloring services, ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with front desk operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Proficiency in hair styling
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and cosmetology practices
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
• Experience with hair color theory
• Familiarity with salon software, particularly Vagaro
• Ability to manage retail sales and front desk operations
