Duties

• Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts and styles.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable services or products.
• Perform eyelash extension applications, if qualified, enhancing clients' overall appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a professional environment.
• Promote retail products and services through effective upselling techniques, utilizing retail math knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchases.
• Build rapport with clients by communicating effectively, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and cosmetology to offer innovative services.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in store management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
