• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Participate in store management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or barbering certification.
• Proven experience in hair styling, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the salon environment.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of product recommendations.
• Previous experience in store management or mentoring is advantageous but not required.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.
