Job OverviewThalitaLeite Curl Salon is seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in curly hair fashion and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using Vagaro software.
- Promote additional services such as Curly haircut shape, balayage, Thalitaleite Treatment or SOS treatment to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentoring programs to improve skills and knowledge in retail sales, color theory, curly haircare and retail math.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Hair Stylist is preferred but not mandatory; fresh talent is welcome!
- Proficiency in various hair techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling is highly desirable.
- Experience with customer support is required.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices and customer service excellence is essential.
- A passion for mentoring junior stylists or interns is appreciated.
