We are seeking:

• Professional Hairstylists
• Soon to be Hairstylists
• Chair Rental Stylists

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of hair and beauty services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
• Work as a team player with other stylists in salon environment
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
• Offer expertise in all brands that you are using or will be using
• Attend classes for growth and skill development
• Engage in retail sales of professional hair care products
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology license or in school to become future professional
• Desire to be in the industry and perform services such as hair styling, coloring, and treatments
• Great work ethic
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Accepting of and able to work on salon software and front desk tasks
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members efficiently
