Duties
- Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Perform specialized services such as hair extensions, hair threading, and straight razor shaves.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and other beauty items.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments using MINDBODY software.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in retail sales to effectively promote products and services.
- Proficiency in hair extensions, straight razor techniques, barbering, and hair threading.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.25 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
