Duties

• Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform specialized services such as hair extensions, hair threading, and straight razor shaves.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and other beauty items.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments using MINDBODY software.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Experience in retail sales to effectively promote products and services.
• Proficiency in hair extensions, straight razor techniques, barbering, and hair threading.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Familiarity with MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.25 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
