Skills

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in cosmetology techniques
• Proficiency in using salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Familiarity with retail math for product sales
• Ability to use a straight razor for shaving or styling purposes
• Mentoring skills to guide and train junior cosmetologists
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
• Front desk skills to handle appointment bookings, payments, and inquiries
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
