As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to offer innovative services.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing treatments.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including manicure/pedicure procedures, color theory, and nail enhancement applications.
• Experience in barbering or hair styling is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments and hair threading is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively.
• A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
