The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of beauty techniques and trends, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality services that enhance our clients' natural beauty.

Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide consultations to clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and related beauty services.
• Offer additional beauty services as needed, including makeup application, hair threading, or dermal fillers.
• Manage client appointments using MINDBODY software for scheduling and guest services.
• Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build relationships.

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty role is preferred.
• Proficiency in deep tissue massage, straight razor techniques, color theory, tattooing, and guest services is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
