Qualified candidates must have a current MA cosmetology or esthetician license.

The harder you work the more you earn! Pay is the greater of a competitive hourly rate or commissions on services and product sales.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Lash extensions, lash lifting, lash and brow tinting, brow lamination, sugaring
• Selling products and services
• Checking clients in and out
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards clients
• Engaging customers with world class service
• Discussing lash membership and product options to clients
• Monitoring client book and being prompt & present for appointments
• Willingness to learn and grow and continue to develop and perfect skills
• Consulting with clients on appropriate lash designs based on preference and need
• Being knowledgeable on Deka Lash retail products to promote and educate clients on home care of their eyelash extensions
• Providing frequent education and recommendations to clients with a friendly and helpful attitude to ensure client satisfaction
• Self marketing and promotion via social media and other direct channels
• Ensuring a fun, friendly, comfortable, and sanitary studio environment
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
