Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, passionate Lead Esthetician to join our dynamic team at a brand new luxury med spa. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of skin analysis and different skin types and strong experience in facials, peels, microdermabrasion, Collagen Induction Therapy, Hydrafacials and Diamond Glow facials as well as various other skincare treatments the medspa offers. Candidates must possess extensive skills in facial message and skin extraction techniques as well as excellent sanitation and cleanliness skills. The Lead Esthetician must be willing to train on various treatments the medspa offers and be willing to share their knowledge and train others on what they learned. In addition, candidate must also be willing to learn about other treatments offered within the medspa in order to best serve their clients' needs. Applicant must be a licensed esthetician in Ma and be flexible with their hours based on the needs of our clients. Excellent communication skills, customer service and providing a welcoming, calming experience for our customers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality skincare treatments including various types of facials, chemical peels, Collagen Induction Therapy and microdermabrasion. Skin tighening, laser and body contouring experience is a plus but not a must.
• Possess strong knowledge of skin analysis, skin types with ability to treat acne, rosacea and various other skin conditions.
• Conduct product demonstrations as lead skin care expert and train and educate team on various skin care protocols to ensure correct skin care product is being sold to clients based on their individual treatment plan.
• Educate clients on skincare products and routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments using SYMPLAST software.
• Engage in sales activities to promote products and services to clients.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the aesthetic medspa industry.

Experience

• Previous experience as an Esthetician in a med spa or salon environment is required
• Familiarity with SYMPLAST or similar scheduling software is a plus.
• Strong skills in skin analysis and skin care techniques, sales, and guest services are highly desirable.
• A valid esthetician license is required to practice in the state.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for building client relationships.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
