As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests.

Duties

• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, body treatments, and nail care.
• Utilize techniques such as deep tissue massage to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos, educating clients on skincare routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences.
• Effectively communicate with clients to understand their goals and provide exceptional customer service throughout their experience.
• Utilize square software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.

Skills

• Strong understanding of color theory as it applies to skincare and makeup application.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Effective communication skills to convey treatment options clearly and confidently.
• Experience in guest services, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
