Our spa combines high-end services with an experienced leadership team, making it the ideal place for driven professionals eager to grow their expertise and be part of a budding, innovative team.We are seeking a skilled, professional, and organized Licensed Aesthetician to join our team part-time, with flexible hours that you can set to suit your schedule.
This role involves performing a variety of aesthetic treatments while delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to the growth of our spa, and staying at the forefront of cosmetic industry trends. The ideal candidate is motivated, responsible, and excited to both learn and share their expertise within a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality skincare treatments, including facials, peels, microneedling, and other non-surgical cosmetic services.
- Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend personalized treatments and products to achieve optimal results.
- Drive retail sales by recommending skincare products and creating customized at-home care routines to enhance treatment results.
- Stay updated with the latest aesthetic trends, products, and techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Assist in training new team members on spa protocols, treatments, retailing, and customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, tools, and spa equipment to uphold a luxury spa experience.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service, follow-up care, and personalized retail recommendations.
- Collaborate with the spa owner and team members to enhance service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid state license as an Aesthetician.
- Proven experience in a spa or clinical environment with a focus on cosmetic treatments.
- Strong background in retail sales and a passion for educating clients about skincare products.
- Passion for skincare, beauty products, and the latest industry advancements.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive, client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to attend training programs, industry events, and conferences to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
