About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, licensed aesthetician to join our team! Whether you’re experienced in medical-grade treatments or excited to build your skills, we’ll provide the support and training you need to thrive. If you’re a people person with a passion for skincare, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Amazing Treatments – Use your skills to help clients look and feel their best.
• Offer Personalized Skincare Advice – Consult with clients to develop customized skincare plans.
• Educate and Connect – Share your knowledge, introduce clients to products and services tailored to their needs.
• Create a Smooth, Relaxing Experience – Work with the team to ensure clients have a seamless, enjoyable experience.
• Keep It Clean and Inviting – Maintain a welcoming space by following top sanitation practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Massachusetts-licensed aesthetician with 1+ years in the industry (medical spa experience is a plus but not required!).
• Friendly, caring, and genuinely interested in skincare and self-care.
• A motivated team player who’s excited to grow, learn, and excel in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with advanced skincare equipment like lasers and ultrasonic tech is a bonus, but we’re happy to train!
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is great, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
