Licensed Cosmetologist/Esthetician

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician to join our team as a booth renter.

Ideal candidates include lash artists, makeup artists, threaders, and other beauty professionals. By paying a monthly rental fee, you will keep 100% of your service revenue, providing you the opportunity to grow your business in a professional and supportive environment.

Duties

• Perform a range of beauty services, including but not limited to:
  • Eyelash extensions application
  • Makeup application for special events and everyday looks
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide excellent guest services, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all clients
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety practices
• Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory
