Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring.
- Perform consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations based on their individual needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries.
- Actively engage in retail sales by recommending and selling beauty products to clients.
- Upsell additional services and treatments to enhance the client's experience.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior cosmetologists to help them develop their skills.

Experience:
- Must have a valid cosmetology license.
- Proven experience in providing a wide range of beauty services
- Strong knowledge of retail math principles to effectively manage sales transactions and inventory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
